Sick Daddy says:
I want to get my mom a basic 69 dollar kindle. I don't think she has a card she can put on an amazon account, so is it better to just have the kindle on my account for her?

Will she be able to sync from her computer at her house?

She could just use gift cards rather than a debit or credit card.

Does she have wi-fi? Do you use a Kindle or Kindle app?

Okay, this is just me but personally, I think it might be easier for her to just manage the account and gift cards herself if she's the only one buying Kindle content. That way your whole Amazon account doesn't have to be part of the equation. If you get a Kindle or start to use a Kindle app at some point, then you can consider sharing her account. That way you would have access to whatever she's already bought and you can throw in occasional gift cards.

Thanks! As long as she can use the gift cards, fantastic :)

You're welcome. She'll love your gift. And you'll always know what to get her -- gift cards.
