Only if you are within 1 year warranty....anything over 1 year you have to buy a new no keyboard kindle, or reburbished kindle touch, at $104.00, a very low discount, only $20 off a new one, $129.00 - touch kindle......customer service was nice, but unsatisfied )= that it broke down for no reason...

Yes, wish it was more off a discount and on same product which is not offered, and only out of warranty by two months, and screen problem happened for no reason, not dropped, not exposed to water, was a gift from my son, so it was special...but expected it to last longer, especially with my great care. Hopefully it hasn't happened to many.
