Wow!! Look at that wall of words. I am not going to even attempt to read through it unless you edit it and add paragraphs.

You can't access multiple audible accounts on a Kindle Fire HDX.

Good gravy.

the only way possible would be to deregister and reregister your device to each account ... each time you want to listen from a different account.

On a Kindle Fire you can only access Audible accounts that are linked to the same Amazon account that the Fire is registered to. The reason is that the Audible portion of the Fire is a part of the OS and only has access to the account that the Fire is registered to. If you want to access other Audible accounts you will need to keep using other devices. Sorry.

I kind of think of it like this: I have a local Library card, but also a card to the larger system in my state, to which my local Library does not belong. I can't check out books from either one using the other's card.

If I want books from <--- there, I use this card. If I want books from ---> here, I use that card.

The same goes for your Audible accounts, only instead of "card", use the word, "device".

The way I access my other account is with an old android phone I use just for that account

So my advice is to get additional devices yo access the other accounts

Just a little mnemonic: When asking for help on the internet, remember your ABCs.

Accuracy
Brevity
Clarity.

You have to be logged into Acct X to read title from Account X.

That is why I use the simplest route of using different device for my other account.

You will need to create an amazon account to "work" with the audible account. SO for audible email...... a@mail.com you would need an account to amazon using that same email account so they will link together. Do the same for all the accounts ..... I recommend writing down the information so you don't get confused (I would have to)

Or as others stated.... get a device for each account (must be either a fire or the retired Kindle keyboard or kindle touch)

Actually you don't.
Older Audible accounts were not linked. The benefit of linking them is Whispersync/immersion reading.

but in order to register her kindle to the audible account she would need to register it to an amazon account with the same email.

she wants to read book in account A ....... she would need to deregister the device from account C and then reregister the device to account A so she can use the device to access her audibles that are on account A.

then to listen to an audible on account B she would need to deregister from account A and reregister under account B.

So to do so she needs an amazon account with the same email address as the Audible account.

Edit: read that again ..... so you are saying they no longer can be linked? I know several years ago I had no problem linking my same email address audible/amazon accounts.

No. She has a linked current Amazon and Audible account on her Kindle Fire.

She has older Audible accounts not linked to any Amazon account. She can still access those Audible accounts using the Audible app on separate devices.

At least that is my understanding.

What the heck? Amazon zapped my post. All I said was that Jazzy Jeff was not rude for pointing out that the original post was very difficult to read.
