"The book sideloaded by USB cannot upload to the cloud. "

This has nothing to do with collections. You can use the "Send to Kindle" to upload a book to the cloud.

There are millions of users doing fine with Collections as they are, and as they have been for years. Maybe you just aren't smart enough to understand it.

because if you used folders (actual folders) books would have to be duplicated to be in more than one and you couldn't have a book like Stephen King's 11/22.63 in the following folders at the same time without copying the file

Stephen King books
Horror
Historical Fiction
Sci-Fi/Fantasy

I use this extensively for my dictionaries (usually in a default Dictionary Folder that's always at the end of all the books - they are also, since it is impossible to remove them from the Dictionaries collection, in a collection called 1_Reference at the top of my collections list

Well, then, maybe you will prefer the Nook system. Why don't you try the Nook out, compare, and report back?

I understand your case. The collection itself is not a bad idea, just that the manage system cannot be worse on kindle ...

Kessa says:
It obviously does not meet your needs, so stop complaining & send it back since it is within the 30 days from purchase window.

That is what anybody would do as soon as they realize that a product they bought doesn't meet their needs - they don't go complain about it on the Internet, as you have when it was your own fault for doing so little research on it to make sure it would meet your needs before you bought it.

Yes, go buy a Nook.

You are right, but the software is not the thing I intended to buy, otherwise i wouldn't buy it. The other thing is that I have the right to complain at this forum and my complain may help amazon to improve their costumer experience. Why do i stop?

King Al says:
You can complain, but Amazon is under no obligation to provide it. By the way, none of the other major ebook systems (Nook, iBooks, Kobo, Google) provide what you want, so you will just have to get along without those features.

While this is true, I have found that you & a few others have enough knowledge that I trust what you say as much (if not more) than I do some CS reps. =)

I also have the right to complain about your complaining. Especially since it's your own fault.

You wrote a review, take that to the product page where reviews are OK.

Reviews are to be made on the product page - no one should need to tell you that.

I beginning to think you don't even know what you are doing.

Are you a child or something that needs to be told how the Internet works?

The Artist says:
If you walk into a group of people who have a similar interest, do you yell "Your choices suck!" Well, maybe you do, but I bet you don't get a positive response. You need to behave the same way on a forum, not start "wtf-ing" and "sucking" all over people who don't even know who you are (and don't particularly care about what you feel you need).

are you a manager or something? are you a teacher or something?
did you build the internet and you know how it works?
If there's no such rule, this is a FREE forum. I do not need you to tell me what i should put here or not.
If there is a forum rule that i shouldn't put my things here, i delete it immediately.
