Any ergonomic case for Kindle Paperwhite/Touch?

Is there any cover that makes holding the Kindle Touch/Paperwhite similar to the Nook? I find it very difficult to hold on the sides and it's really disappointing I can't find any kind of cover/case that extends the sides out a bit and contuered back...there's got to be SOME case out there that mimics the Nook ergonomic factor. Anybody know?!

I use the Amazon case for my paperwhite, but often use it with this, too:
Hog Wild Peeramid Bookrest, Sage Green (available in many colors, price varies with color)

I found it difficult to hold in the portrait view but I changed to landscape which put the extra space on the sides and made it easier to hold. It did take a bit of mental adjustment to get used to reading in landscape.
