Thanks for both your starts, Kay Kay (I didn't get a chance to say that earlier). What DonnaBeeGood said! And I hope all the US folks are recovering from the rigours of T-day plus B-Friday. Hopefully with a few "needed" bargains :)

And Janine - since you're possibly still checking in over the next few hours - glad to get in early and wish you many happy returns of the day for your special one. Do you have any nice plans lined up for the day or evening?

All the best

Biscay

They are just gorgeous, Janine! In a caption competition, the winning entry would surely be one that managed to incorporate the phrase "butter wouldn't melt in their mouth" :)

What a wonderful trip I can imagine you will have - and it's not far off! Meanwhile the day sounds excellent, may it continue until you slip into contented dreams at the end of it.

Happy Saturday!
Thank you Kay Kay for starting the last two days.

Janine, Happy birthday!!!

@B J Glad you didn't spend last night in jail. lol My uncle's wife is rapidly losing touch with everyone else's reality. She's sure everyone is trying to steal from her. (She watches the gkids like a hawk, the oldest is 14, because, according to her, they want her stuff.) She tells people my uncle sneaks women into the (ranch style) house while she's in the bedroom (during the day) to "have relations" with them. Everyone is out to get her. For some reason my being on the porch in PJ's offends her. Who knew flannel was so upsetting? You get the picture. Her mother did the same thing, so we know the progression, doesn't make living it that much easier, however. So I say sincerely, "Good luck with niece's grandmother. You could become a target for other imaginings." Thank goodness for small towns, at least the police will know/learn her problems.

Back later with books.

TinT,

I'm not Janine, but I can help with that one as it's very familiar! Kreepy Krauly is a brand of automatic pool vacuum cleaner - I nearly said Hoover, oops! I might be wrong but I have a feeling there was some kind of magnetic attraction or friendly battle going on between a certain young canine and said KK. Maybe I made that up - I do tend to read/skim a lot of posts very late at night!

Biscay says:
Robb

Enjoy your breakfast/cornbread/visit/Thanksgiving

and I'm not sure whether to say I hope the rain miraculously eases off just to make the day a bit easier, or maybe it's better to keep bucketing down so that at least for all the sogginess you've been through this month you can at least claim it as the wettest November and be done with it?

Well, I guess it will be whatever it decides to be but I hope your day and evening are good.

Biscay

Thanks, biscay, taken in context, and knowing young canines, that makes perfect sense. I dont have a pool so had no point of reference....
