I've said it at least a dozen times, and I'll say it again: I really wish it had been called the "Amazon Fire". It's *NOT* a Kindle. It's just not.

Mine is their apparent willingness to post all of the personal information they can think of - full names, phone numbers, order numbers - all the things they shouldn't post on public boards, instead of the information we would need to actually help them.
