Youtube mobile has not been working on my kindle fire hd. The loading symbol never leaves the screen, but sometimes audio will play. Other times it will not work at all. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem, if you have been able to fix it, and how.

Adobe discontinued support for Flash on Android devices. Search the forum for a workaround using a different browser. Search for the word Dolphin.

Try clearing the cache from the Silk browser. You can do this WITHIN the Silk browser via its settings. Then clear DATA from the Silk browser. You need to do this from the device's settings. Open settings>More>Applications and scroll down until you see "Silk." Clear the data there.

By the way, you might want to use TubeMate rather than the Silk browser to access YouTube. It automatically points at and allows both streaming and downloading of youtube videos and music.

TubeMate YouTube Downloader

P.S. If you look at the reviews for TubeMate, ignore the complaints about "pornographic" ads. I'm not sure if that was ever the case but I've been using it for a couple of months and have yet to see one.
