Hello to all. The problem is not with your KFD. Simply follow these instructions. Go to www.google.com/accounts and log in. Click on the security tab on the left. Go to the bottom of the page to where it says Connected applications and sites. Click on review permissions just to the right. At the bottom of that page you will see a box. Type Kindle in the box and then click on "generate password". Copy that password and go to email accounts on your Kindle and click the gmail icon. Just type in your email address and then paste the generated password from google and you are done. This is a security feature from google. Like it or not this is the way you do it. It works with ALL devices and Amazon support should know this by now.

Thanks for sharing this.

Please note that this only applies if you use 2-step verification. Otherwise e-mail address and the same password used for access from Web suffice.

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)
