Video help?

I purchased several TV episodes while online signed into my amazon account (not from my kindle) They are stored in my cloud & I can not get them onto my devices. I have Freetime installed & the only option under "manage your kindle" is to put the videos into Freetime. There are no buttons for "download" on my kindle or on my amazon account to put them on the device. They are worthless as I need them available without wifi. thanks

You need to go onto your fire and get out of freetime. Then you click on videos, then cloud and select the shows and chose download.

Thanks- I have done that, but when I click on the video it just takes me to the store to buy it again. It does not give me an option to download it. They definitely already paid for.

Could you have created two different amazon accounts by mistake? When you go into manage my kindle do you see your fire listed? If so, when you look at your digital orders do you see the TV shows you purchased? If you only have one account and the kindle and shows are both listed, I don't know what the problem is.

You may have to contact Amazon. Just click on the word help at the top of this page, then click on the contact us button that will appear on the right side. Choose to have them call you and you will be talking to a rep in under a minute.

I figured it out. You have to remove the videos from Freetime while on your PC. Then they will show up in your cloud on your devices. When you press on the purchased video the link will take you to the main page for that purchase (such as the season for kids TV shows) It will look like the link has mistakenly just taken you to the store. You then have to scroll through & find the episode purchased. Then there is a very tiny arrow button pointing down that you click on next to the episode. It does not state download or give any other indication as to what it is.
That downloads them. You can then re-install them in Freetime.

Bottom line- if you place a purchased video into Freetime from your PC BEFORE downloading it onto your device it will stay in the cloud
