How are you trying to get the book to your Kindle? Are you selecting it from the archive/cloud listing on the Kindle, or are you sending it from your Manage Your Kindle page online? Is your wireless on and connected so the book can download? Is the book compatible with your Kindle model?

You can go here to determine which Kindle you have - http://amazon.com/help/kindle/which.

The Artist says:
If you actually have the one just called Kindle, connect to wireless and sync. If it doesn't download, are you sure they are both registered to the same Amazon account?
