I re-read William L.K.'s story, The Voice last night and I just can't get it out of my head....

The genre is hard to pin down... sci-fi... dystopian... suspense... apocalyptic??? Whatever it is, all I know is that it was engrossing and well worth the 99 cents it is now on sale for....

Thank you William L.K.!!!

Now.... if I can just get the voices to be quiet so I can work!!! :(

ETA: speeling error correction :)

That's glowing praise, Anne-Marie. Thanks for the tip! Sounds like something I'd enjoy.

Dr. Amour says:
*AM ponders Allie-Kat*

You seem like someone who would have the "voice" of..... Fran Drescher..... You know, "The Nanny"..... *snicker*

BigAl says:
Oh, my. I hope I don't hear "The Nanny" if I re-read it again. I read it a second time myself about a week ago. I'm really not much of a sci-fi guy, but this one was very good.

Dr. Amour says:
OK.... How about if we put the "voice" in your head as more of a.... Pee Wee Herman type???
Too sexy an image for you?? ;)

BigAl says:
I'd prefer James Earl Jones or the guy who played the professor in the TV series The Paper Chase (was it John Houseman)?

My voices would be a toss up between Gerard Butler and Simon Pegg. Both are yummy but in different ways...but Simon would probably win out. He's cute, has an accent, and is funny.

Allie-Kat says:
Nooooooooo.... That voice would send me to the WARD......for real!!!!! ;)

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 15, 2011 7:38:36 AM PST
Dr. Amour says:
Ah yes... John Houseman.... His voice sounds too pretentious, though.....
And I have seen your picture.... James Earl Jones you are NOT!!! *snicker*

Dr. Amour says:
Simon Pegg? Is he the actor from Shaun of the Dead? If so, he IS a good pick :)

Dr. Amour says:
Fair enough.... How about Gilbert Gottfreid then?? :)

Allie-Kat says:
Who???????

I am thinking Matt Bomer from White Collar!!!!!

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 15, 2011 7:44:25 AM PST
Yes...I heart Simon Pegg. Always carried a little torch for him, but as soon as I saw him in that Star Trek uniform it was official.

Do what The Voice says so you won't have to listen to it tell you again?

Are the voices in the book scary or do-gooders?
