I have a few books I have purchased that give me an error message when I click on the product link from the Manage My Kindle page. The message is "We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site." I am not able to lend these books through Lendle either (though I own them and they are lending enabled). Has anyone else run into this?

They may have been pulled from publication.

they're still available - one of them is Water For Elephants and one is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder. Both are still available for Kindle through Amazon but for some reason, the link to the product page has changed since I purchased them.

Ginger, when that happens and the book is still available in the Kindle store, it means that the publisher has replaced the book with another copy of the book, but used a different ISBN (or ASIN -- I can't remember which) number. Water for Elephants went through that twice -- the first one wasn't available after the "mass market" version was released -- and now the "mass market" version has been replaced with the original version. Contact CS if they're lendable and you're not able to lend them.

I ended up contacting CS through their chat feature. They ended up deleting the books from my library and issuing me a credit and then I re-purchased them. I think that fixed the problem.

That should solve the problem.

Hello. I got same problem, but not with books, general goods sold on amazon. They are on my purchases list, but when I click product, I got the same error message as shown above. And product is not gone - when I check the sellers storefront, I still can see the product there.

Probably the same cause. The Id number in amazons system changed, so the link won't go to the same item...

I'm getting this when I click on the free app of the day and it tells me to log in. I also get it when I click to download a book to borrow from my library.

I'm having the same issue with a movie I purchased. Any ideas?
