CBRetriever says:
if you clicked the option to change your store (I have ignored the option to change to amazon.fr for over 2 years), then it's not Amazon's fault

and it's very simple to switch back:

1. go to the website to which you kindle is registered (the Brazilian one in your case)
2. go to Manage Your Kindle or whatever the equivalent is in the language of the site
3. go to either Country Settings or Settings - Country in the language of the site (depends on which interface you have)
4. there will be a line about you being currently registered to that store - see other options click here in the language of that site
5. click here and you'll see the flags of the stores you are eligible to shop at
6. click on the one you want

And the amazon.com.br site even has instructions here on how to do it:

http://www.amazon.com.br/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_cn?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201248840#passosparavoltar

It is not Amazon's unreasonable policy--it is the law. Different countries/locations have different rules, different prices, different publishers.
