And if you click on the blue 'Help' link at the top (and bottom) of every page, you can Contact someone in their customer service...

Yes, there is help on every single Amazon Page (The Help Link at the top of every page). then click the Contact Us button and proceed accordingly.
Mention it's a Kindle Paperwhite. White Paper should be blank unless written upon.
