It won't let me connect to a wi-fi to get online and do what they recommend on their site! Then I try to email for help, and it won't got through...I need help. I have never had problems contacting Amazon before with any questions or problems with my kindle Fire, why now?

Email is the worst way to get help on Amazon.

Have you rebooted your router and the Fire? If not, do that, then try to connect again.

Email requires a wi-fi connection.

How would we know why you're having problems with your Fire now?

Since you could post on this forum, you can contact Customer Service by using the Help link at the top of this page, then clicking on "Need More Help?" then "Contact Us."

I think you answered your own question. If you have no internet access (wifi) then you can't email from a device that requires internet.

However, since you are posting on a Forum located on the internet, the internet is working on some device of yours, presumably not the kindle, but I can't assume that.

the point being, I TRIED that...(through my computer?...) but that just kept repeating itself, telling me I had to answer the first three questions first, in which I DID...I have NEVER had this much fuss getting through for any kind of help! EVER!

Thank You I will try this again...I didn't mean to come to this site for help, but I could see no other way to try to reach Amazon. Sorry to intrude, Rude comments are not needed. Thank You for the suggestion "Meya Kindle Forum Pro!" I appreciate your answer...

That may have been what you meant, but it's not what you wrote. Other people aren't psychics, you know.

Edited for typo.

Pretty sure if you Google the words "Kindle Customer Service phone number", you'll find it.

If you reread your very first post, you may see why folks here thought you were trying to email using the Fire that you couldn't get connected to WiFi. Your post was unclear, and lacking detail.
