I live in a rural area with a fast satellite internet connection with unlimited downloading from midnite to 5 am and the rest of the day we are limited to 10 gig a month. I would like to put content on the kindle or computer and watch at a later time? Any ideas on how to do this?

Um, you download it to the Kindle or computer. And watch it later. If you have a question, you need to be more specific about what you're having trouble with.

Are you looking for some kind of tool that can queue up a download for you, but not start it until after midnight? Your question isn't very clear.

My goal is to get rid of DirectTV and just download movies, tv shows from the internet. I have unlimited download time from midnight to 5 am, so I need a piece of software or ? to allow me to schedule a download, save it either to a Kindle, tablet or computer, then watch it whenever on my tv. My question is how can I do this?

Trolleyking, you might want to look at DroidTV. With it you can go

MENU
Preferences
When to access the internet

It is in the Kindle app store DroidTV - Free Trial but it no longer shows compatible with Kindle.

If you do not have another device to download the APK file and sideload to your Kindle then you can go through the DroidTV group on Facebook.
