R. A. Long says:
Is it just me, or is this newest cloud player is total crap? I have 150 MP3s thru Amazon. In the last couple of weeks, changes at Amazon has made it impossible to download five MP3s I bought from them last week. I think I am done buying MP3s from Amazon, until they pull theirheads out of their rears. A boatload of features for them to make money make it too hard to f with this useless POS

Bufo Calvin says:
R.A., the changes that were made should not make it impossible to download MP3s you buy from them.

Agree entirely with R A Long. Downloaded (eventually) Pink Floyd Division Bell - nightmare.

Won't be buying mp3s from Amazon again. Just as I don't buy from Apple iTunes. I pay for it (in some cases (Beatles vinyl, cassette, CD and mp3) four times in forty years) and I really cannot accept the sneakey attempt to tie me in and for people to be uploading my music.

Amazon mp3 WAS good - very good. No more. "Cloud?" - tried it, don't like it.

Good bye Amazon mp3 - nice knowing you.

How can you "not access" any of your MP3s in the cloud? I installed the Amazon MP3 downloader and downloaded all of my MP3s to my computer.

Jazzy_Jeff says:
Or you could contact customer service for help. Wouldn't count on a refund since you haven't even tried contacting anyone.

Nope, just a customer. I see you are in North Wales. I'm in the US, so things may work differently for you. I would contact customer service, and hopefully they can help you.

Phill - Here's a link to MP3 help on Amazon.uk. You guys apparently have the MP3 downloader just like we do in the US. Hopefully this will help you to access your music:

Well, you seem to be unwilling to accept advice or help. So, have fun with Apple :)
