I love the kindle paperwhite, but am having trouble accessing the extensive notes that appear at the bottom of the page under the actual bible text. The notes appear in the hardback version, but I do not know how to access them on the kindle. I can access the sidebar notes and essays. Assistance would be most appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Do they *appear* visually in the Kindle version and you just can't scroll to them? Or do they not appear at all?

If they appear, but you can't get to them, that's probably a formatting thing that the publisher will have to fix.

If they don't appear at all, they may not have been included in the Kindle version.

The notes do not appear at all on the Kindle. As you noted, they might not have been included on the Kindle version. I do appreciate your assistance. At least now I can stop "trying to find them," read them on the hard copy and enjoy the rest of the book on the kindle. Thanks, again!

You might drop an e-mail to the publisher asking them about it. Perhaps they will include the footnotes in an amended edition.

I downloaded a sample and flipped through it, but it's not enough for me to tell -- Could it be that the info is placed somewhere else, at the end of the book, maybe?

I'm just taking shots in the dark. An email to the publisher would probably net more! :0) Good luck!

I've seen them at the end of the book and at the end of a chapter
