Hope this doesn't sound silly, but I have a paperwhite with the kindle paperwhite cover, but I don't want to just toss it in my junky car, or take it to work, or some other places, without being IN something else to protect it. Like a sleeve (will have to be larger than sleeves for the paperwhite alone), or perhaps a carrying case for a small DVD player. Something similar to that.

Anyone know what would work? thanks

best regards, lm

I've had the same idea and was thinking of this. It's not available on Amazon right now, but I've seen them at Office Depot.

I use the Amazon Kindle Fire Zip Sleeve, Charcoal Well actually I have the blue and it fits well. I insert it so the magnet closure is on the inside and away from the zipper.

Yes. I've been using it with the cover on. They make one smaller that I use on the kindle touch. That one fits the paperwhite with the cover off. I never take the cover off. I just wanted the added protection for the same reasons you did.

I wanted to do the same thing and it fits perfectly in my San Lorenzo sleeve. I am now trying to do the same thing with my ipad mini.

bookcrazy, the price is certainly reasonable at $10.99. Looks easy to open & close with a snap, instead of a zipper. Pretty cool!

i have a couple of these. I bought them for my kindle touch and they were perfect. the paperwhite in the amazon cover fits perfectly length-wise and actually comes right to the edge width-wise but it still comfortably snaps and works for me.

I searched and searched before I found these and was really happy to have found them. They are as good or better than the pictures!
