So buggy, no upload of mobi files. No page animations. Very bad formatting. No zoom on images. Amazon and the developers should be ashamed of this app. Did I mention buggy as hell?

It fits right in with Windows 8. Microsoft should be even more ashamed.

I'm looking at upgrading/buying a new laptop with windows 8, so based on your post, is there an app for the kindle that is in windows 8 format or act the same? Just trying to learn more.

I do wish there were more font size choices, but other than that, the Kindle app for Windows 8.1 works fine for me when it comes to just reading the books I purchase from Amazon.

Have you sent your concerns to: kindle-feedback@kindle.com

I don't know that it will do any good but at least it will be directed to the people who can do something about it.
