I have had several devices, starting with a kindle, and from there have had a few android tablets, on which I have downloaded the Kindle app. Now I have about 5 devices listed in my account, whereas I own only one. I would like to delete all other devices besides the one I am currently using. Can somebody tell me how to do this?Thanking you in advance, ACI

Go to Manage Your Kindle page. On the left - Manage Your Devices. Find the device you want to delete and under it is the option to delete.

On a similar topic, I've been through a bunch of devices and it's easy enough to remove them from my Amazon account but most have Google Play and I've never found a way to remove them from my Google Play account. Does anyone have any idea how to go about that?

@Barryem - You can hide or rename devices, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them completely. From Google Play help:

Change which devices appear on Google Play

Changing which devices are shown on Google Play can be helpful if you've purchased or misplaced a device and you don't want to see a device listed when downloading on Google Play.

You can hide a device by following these steps:

Go to Google Play on your computer.
Click the Settings gear icon > Settings.
Under My Devices, use the "Visibility" checkboxes to select which devices are shown in your menus.

Thanks. I did find that. I'd like to be able to completely remove the long gone devices from that list and I can't find a way to do it.
