Just scroll down to see the instructions. And remember it is only one book per calendar month.

What a lot of us do is create a separate Wish List, add KOLL books to it *from here online* where it's easier to browse them, then when it's time to borrow, it's done from a Kindle.

Here's how I find them:

Kindle Store
Go
Kindle eBooks
Type into window, "Prime eligible" (spell it correctly)(no quote marks)

Most days, it's over half a million choices.

Also, keep in mind that when you do find a book you want to borrow, you will only be able to borrow it with or read it on your Kindle. It will not work on an iPad or any device other than a Kindle.

Are you using your Kindle to do it? What Kindle do you have? Is it registered to the same account as your Prime membership or are you a guest on someone's account?

Also, you can't use your iPad to do it nor can you read the books on your iPad. It's only available on actual Kindle devices.

Thank you! That's what I needed and worked great

I went to borrow a book, I've a Prime membership, but KOLL seems to be for Kindle Unlimited. Is there a KOLL for Prime members?

There is KOLL for Prime members still. To find the Koll books, you have to search via the store not using the browser while on a Kindle device (not an app and not on a computer). There have been many threads with step by step instructions and a link to the instructions has been posted above.

Follow the link provided by M. Francis above. Those books are KOLL books.
You must borrow on a Kindle.

Thank you, Lucas. I'm the holder of the Prime account. I have three others on my account. Looks like only the Prime account holder can borrow as a Prime member.

Yes, that is correct.

I called Amazon and the CSR confirmed that the Prime account holder is the only one who can borrow books from KOLL. If you have a second person on your account, that person must use the same account as you, payment method, etc., in order to borrow books. I have three family members on my Prime account who have their own Amazon accounts, and they have restricted use of my Prime account with respect to KOLL.

So three members of your household are getting the Prime shipping benefit for free - that would be the Prime benefit people pay $99/year for - and that isn't enough for you. You think Amazon should also pay for them to borrow a book for free each month.

Wow.

Melissa, it would really help if you used full sentences and answered all of the question so we don't have to keep pulling teeth with you. Where specifically are you trying to borrow the books from?

If you're talking about the Kindle Owners' Lending Library, follow the instructions in this link exactly. If you continue to have problems, come back and tell us specifically where in the process you're getting stuck. Right now the information you're giving us is like me calling my mechanic and saying "My car won't start." We have no way to help you with that vague of a question.
