I have trouble seeing the screen on my iPhone and the nav screen in the car with my polarized sunglasses. Does anyone have any feedback on the paperwhite regarding this?? Thanks.

It will not cause any problems but if you are really worried you can always swing over to bestbuy and take a look.

The Paperwhite has an eInk screen. It's not like the LCD backlit screen on your iPhone or the nav screen in your car. It's like paper and ink. That's what makes it so good for reading indoors or out.

Yep. I read outside with my PW and polarized sunglasses every chance I get. ;-)

You will have no problem. IPhone and other inferior devices have totally different screen technology. For example, when wearing my sunglasses I cannot see some digital camera screens if I rotate them to portrait orientation but I have no problem with my Paperwhite. I also have no problem with the Paperwhite reading it without sunglasses.
