I just ordered a computer game from a third-party seller. On "My Orders" page, it has it listed under "shipping now." Then it has the estimated delivery dates and the name of the game, and then in little grey letters under that is says "n/a." I know that means not available, but what does that mean in relation to the product? It says that the seller is processing the order, but the "n/a" hasn't been on any of my other orders?

Contact Customer Service - they should be able to tell you what n/a refers to in your case

I purchased 2 MP3 downloads in the same hour, and only one is showing in my MP3 Downloader. I am dealing with a visual impairment, so has anyone found a phone no. which I can call for Amazon customer service where I might reach a human?

People, hello, THIS IS THE KINDLE FORUM.
It's not the general help forum

I've got this real bad crotch itch. Can someone recommend something to get rid of it? I have tried peanut butter and my dog but it hasn't helped.

Can Amazon come and clean off my computer screen? Someone just spewed Dr. Pepper all over it.

This is a popular item on Amazon.co.uk. I'd read the reviews carefully first.

Oh, oh - pick me, pick me!

Rub your kindle on it.

(No-one can tell me that's not a topical answer.)

It can mean "not applicable"...as in the state sales tax. It can mean that the order is not in stock, and so is "not available", but is back ordered, and will be sent to you when a new one comes in. It may be "shipping now" as far as Amazon is concerned, but be "back ordered" as far as the third party seller is concerned. Ask both the third party seller, and Amazon Customer Service.
