Click help at the top of the screen, then contact us in the orange button on the right.

Have you tried a hard reboot?? Hold the power button on for 30 seconds and then give it a couple of minutes to reboot. See if that fixes it.

Someone on these forums discovered some months back that you could switch the PW light off by plugging the PW into the computer, then switching the computer off while the PW is still plugged in. Might you have done that unintentionally?

If so, AFAIK a hard reboot will reset it, but I just thought I'd let you know what might have caused it.

You will have to contact customer support. They will have you try and reboot it as well. If you cannot get it working then they will have to send you a different one and you send that one in. They don't do repairs.

Cat, for future reference, the reboot that Jeff explained is always a good place to start if your Kindle acts oddly, freezes up, etc. it should be unplugged when doing so.
