Have you tried clicking the blue "Help" at the top of this screen? Because that works.

Oh, and I'd choose "Contact Us" and "Call me now" on the next screens.

Vicki,

Follow ScottBooks instructions, above, and that will get you connected with Kindle Support. It is best to talk to them by phone rather than trying to email them. If your Kindle is still within the warranty period Amazon should replace it for you. I've had various problems with Kindles over the years and have always had excellent service from Kindle Support.

I'd really like to know an example of how you "tried and tried to get a phone #"

One Google search - just one -> "amazon customer support"

results in the very first item with a HUGE display of a toll-free number. No. I'm not gonna post it here. On occasion, you will find that you must do something for yourself.

If you had the same problem with three Kindles it is most likely something you are doing.

Then you're doing it wrong.

If it's your third replaced Kindle, why wouldn't you know how to contact them? You had to contact them twice before.

It looks like Amazon called HER.

That may explain the inability to Google.
