Can't get my Kindle book purchase

I just purchased a Kindle book but I can not load it to my computer. Seems all I can do is deliver it to the cloud. How do I get it on my computer?

I even tried going through the kindle app itself from my computer, but all I get is an option for the cloud.

I looked and was kinda hoping that the answer would be that the book isn't compatible for the K4PC app. However, after looking at it and selecting my K4PC as a location to send the book to, it was available.

I recommend that you contact CS scroll to the top click help >> need more help >>> contact us. choose the appropriate things and you will have options to email/call/chat .... use call or chat (calls are immediate)

Lawrence, if you're not seeing the option to deliver the book to your Kindle for PC, then Kindle for PC is registered to a different amazon.com account. You need to talk to customer service for help straightening this out.
