I'm trying to open link https://www.amazon.com/gp/digital/fiona/manage?ie=UTF8&ref_=ya_manage_kindle (Manage Your Kindle),
but it shows page with 'Loading, please wait' text and that's all.
Does anyone have similar problems?
Using Chrome 31 on Win7.

D. Shipenok - This is a known problem for customers in northern Europe (including Russia) and Scandinavia right now. Amazon is aware of this and is working on a fix. I'd normally suggest that you contact customer support and use the Live Chat, but that isn't working for your area of the world now either.

Amazon is aware of this. They've been working on this for a few days. I'll forward your post to the Forum Moderators so that they can send it on to the Technical Team.

You can phone them at:
1 (206) 266-2992
and use SkypeOut to minimize intercontinental charges.

If you use Facebook, you can also try contacting them there.

I just opened http://amazon.com/myk without a problem.

Nospin - Customers in northern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia haven't been able to use MYK or contact CS for days now.

There have been dozens of these in KHF. It's getting beyond frustrating for these customers.

Joanna - Yes, it's still a problem, unfortunately.

Hi folks - Thank you for being patient with us. Our engineering team tells us that the issue should be fixed as of now, and to have everyone who's still having trouble clear their cache and cookies.

CBRetriever says:
if so, you are the very first one to report it there (the problem in this thread was fixed in mid-December and only affected Northern Europe)

My suggestion is to try a different browser

There's no problem in southern Ontario, if that makes a difference.

I just wish I could see the new version.... ;)

Thanks for the replies...apparently there is something amiss with the IE browser on my friend's machine when it access amazon.....I used his AOL browser and it worked just fine.

thanks...unless someone knows why IE is goofed...I suppose if I cleared the various caches....it might clear up...but I'm not yet willing to do that to my friend's IE browser for just my irritation.

thanks for the responses...no further are needed unless about the IE problem.

I have just started experiencing the same problem in Southern California. I am using Chrome. What I ended up doing was clear out my cache. What came up was an entirely different webpage. Instead of list of books, I got book covers of all my books.
