All of my Kindle Fire apps keep crashing and I get an error message that says "Internal Service Failure. There was an internal error." I click on "ok" and the app closes. I have rebooted many times to no avail.
Also I can't access the App Store anymore. I just get the little circle that keeps going around.
My wi-fi works fine and the apps will reopen after they close, but it happens over and over. Any advice?

You should speak to Kindle CS about this. http://www.amazon.com/kindlesupport, click on the Contact Us button, then choose the Chat or Call Us option.

Thanks, Blaiz. I left an email for cs support, but thought someone might have experienced the same problems.

I would never use e-mail for a tech problem with a Kindle.

The same exact thing happened to me! I think when I put it on my nightstand it mightve slipped a little--like two whole centimeters-- after that it just..... crashed.

Penny - Go into the settings on your Fire and see if the date and time are correct. If they are way off, either manually correct them, or manually sync and check to see if that corrects the date and time. Then, try accessing your apps and the app store again.

This was an issue that was popping up a month or so ago, and it turned out that the date anf time being so out of whack was what was causing the issues with running apps and accessing the app store.

The same thing happened to my son's Kindle Fire and correcting the date and time worked! I wish I would have read this sooner! He's been without the apps for 4 months.

The date and time were correct on mine, and matched the router. The only thing that worked for me was to reset my Kindle from scratch and re-download all my books and apps. It wasn't that big of a deal, though, and worth it after a month without any app store access.
