Basically the same way you got it onto the old one in the first place. With the new Fire registered to the same account as the old one all you Amazon purchased content is available to be downloaded to the new one.

Mary, we are not Amazon Support. We are other customers.

If you cannnot access WiFi, you cannot download the content either by yourself or with Amazon's help. To re-load the content onto your Kindle, you have two options:

1.) Find a WiFi hotspot, which is available in many public places and businesses, including Starbucks and McDonalds. Activate the WiFi on your Kindle Fire, access your Cloud Drive, and download the music you want.

2.) Access your Cloud Drive from the Amazon website, download the music to your computer, and then transfer the music to your Kindle using the included USB (charging) cable.
