I have an android tablet w/ kindle app. I have several books and can read them as long as I'm online. Is there a way to have them on my tablet to read without having to connect to the internet?

THank you

Certainly. Just download the books to your device.

Tena, you have to download and install the Kindle app and register it to your present account.

Then you download to the Kindle app any books that you want to read off line.

It sounds like you are reading on the cloud reader instead of the app.

Is the problem you're having is the Kindle app will not load when you're offline?
