How can I share a book I have on my kindle

Cassie Anne says:
Info about lending Kindle books is here:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_cn?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200549320

If the book's publisher allows lending, the book can be loaned one time (and one time only) for no more than 14 days. Once you loan a book, you can never loan it again. Not to the original recipient or to any one else.

You can set up two or more devices on the same account, one for you and one for the family member or friend with whom you wish to share books. You have to make sure that you're comfortable sharing with that person, and you'll need to work out some way to arrange payments. Some people use gift cards for that.

My parents each own a kindle and are just learning to use them. They think if one buys a book the other can read it on his/her Kindle. Is this correct?

If both are registered to the same account, yes, they can.

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)
