how do I cancel last digital order

You can't. You can go to your Manage Your Devices & Content page, here at Amazon, find the title, and return it.

So you decided to just ignore the ONE response in this thread? Are you seriously that lazy? The answer was already given on the page. Try reading it.

If you ordered a Kindle book by mistake, I'd contact Customer Service (this isn't it). Click the blue Help link at the top of the page and then the button that says Contact Us. Then either use the live chat option or have them call you.

Quit whining. What happened when you followed the directions?

Your time doesn't seem all that valuable.

The initial response in the thread suggested what you could do on your end. When you couldn't or wouldn't do that, the suggestion was made that you contact Customer Service. You apparently couldn't or wouldn't do that either.

What have you been doing for those three hours?

If you weren't too lazy to read the instructions that were posted ON THIS PAGE, maybe you would have some success.

Have you actually read the information on here, or do you need it to be posted 10,000 times before you finally read it?

Holy Cow!!! hover over Where it says "Hello Racy Your Account" a menu will appear choose manage content and devices... give it one second to load ... the book you purchased will be there. to the left of the book title there is a small square with three dots click that .... choose return for refund .... state accidental purchase .... done.... all of 2 minutes

Can I text you directions to their house so someone can do it for them!!!

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 25, 2014 6:31:22 PM PDT
I'm wondering how someone can spend hours searching Amazon and not find that information. It's ALL OVER the freaking forums.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 25, 2014 6:31:54 PM PDT
Nope. I'm a Super Meanie and refuse to do things that adults are fully capable of doing themselves. ;)

It never ceases to amaze me how people can search for and find and answer and then completely ignore it.

*giggle* Yes, mean and snarky .... great combinations!!!

I remember once in a thread someone responded with "I really wish someone would answer the question so I could learn how to do this!"

The post they responded to? Was directions. NUMBERED directions. In a list.

You should by now that people don't read the posts that they are posting on with their issues.

Nowhere in the directions did it say to cancel. It said to RETURN. You can't cancel a purchase. You can only return for a refund.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 25, 2014 8:55:21 PM PDT
You don't put your invoice number anywhere during the return process.

Or are you trying to return something other than a Kindle ebook?

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 25, 2014 8:57:43 PM PDT
Miss Carol says:
So it's been longer than 7 days? And it would have said "Return for a refund," not cancel by the way. The offer is only good for 7 days or can be taken away for using it too much. But if you don't buy Kindle books, that shouldn't be the issue. Follow my directions up above to get in contact with Customer Service or someone else posted a phone number you can use if you don't want them calling you.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 25, 2014 9:00:21 PM PDT
YOU CANNOT Cancel it .... you must RETURN it..... the sale is already completed.
