Sounds like you hit the Buy button instead of the Read for Free button.

There is a Help link at the top & bottom of every Amazon page.

and you can go to your manage your kindle and return them to get your money back (for the books)

I was going to suggest that in my post - then thought better of it - he might delete the eBook instead of clicking return - I didn't want to get blamed if he did something like that. =)

When I tried to get a book it said we're sorry there was an error processing your borrow request please try again later.what do I do.And I have tried again several times.

Amazon Instant ...what? Video? Sure. If you have Prime, your streaming would still work. But that has nothing to do with Kindle Unlimited.

My Kindle unlimited isn't not working...When I tap on "read for free" it does nothing
