Diane James says:
connecting to wi fi

I really don't understand why people think we can read their minds!

Diane, we can't even tell whether it's your wifi router password or your Amazon password you've forgotten. If it's your Amazon password, you can contact them for assistance. If it's your wifi password, it might be on a sticker on the bottom of the router, but otherwise you'd need to talk to whoever set up your router.

There's more detail I could give, but I ask myself why I should bother, when you didn't even have the courtesy to write your question as a complete sentence.

Nope. Doesn't seem to work.

She's tracking it, though.

Maybe she only checks her email once a day? Or maybe she didn't see any need to say thankyou, any more than she saw a need to ask the question properly.

Come on now, Diane. You're not being charged by the word, and can provide some detail. If you are referring to getting onto the Internet, how do you connect your other devices? Use the same password. If you don't know it, we certainly don't know. But, you might want to check the number on the bottom of your router. Other than that, ask the person/ISP who set up your WiFi.
