Problems with iPad Kindle App

I've been using the Kindle app on my iPad 2 with no problems for as long as I've had the iPad (December). Suddenly I am unable to download samples. I send the sample to the iPad, it shows up on the device for a minute and then disappears. I got one to "stick" this morning after sending it four times from the website. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. Anybody else seeing this?

All of a sudden, my Kindle app not opening books on iPad 2. I click on most recent book I have been reading and it bounces me out to my home screen. Please help.

Back up, log out of the app, delete it, reinstall and then log back in.

Sometimes the whole clearing the cache by logging out fixes problems on iPad apps. Simply deleting the app keeps your login information still on the device and when you reinstall the problems associated with that are resolved.

Go to manage your kindle
Manage your devices
Deregister your iPad

Restart your iPad to clear the cache

Reinstall app
When you open app re-register

That helped a friend who was having kindle app issues

Make sure your app is registered (an earlier update a week or so ago apparently goofed up the registration). Make sure your app is the latest version (whatever the first numbers, the version ends in ".2").

If you open the Kindle app then tap the "Cloud" button, it'll show you all of your Kindle books--just tap them and they'll redownload to your iPad.

Also deleated the app and reloaded it, nope. I have the iPad 1. Am not having the same prob on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Is the app still compatible with your operating system? If not, try using the Cloud Reader app instead. You can also try deregistering and reregistering the app.

In kindle app on iPad 3 iOS v7, certain pages truncate first or last 3 -5 words in a paragraph. Changing orientation reveals truncated text.

Update:This occurs in all books. Is there a way to add this defect to a defect tracking log?

Does anyone else experience this?

When ever if close my store I'm reading instead of it staying there it shifts and goes back to the library. Then I have to find the book and try to remember where I left off.
