Why is impossible to have dictionary on Android kindle app?

Andoli73 - It isn't. The first time you press on a word to see the definition the dictionary will automatically download.

I'm sorry for my incomplete exposition: a dictionary to traslate language. For example: english to italian or spanish to english...

The Kindle reading apps don't have the capability of changing default dictionaries. If you'd like someone at Amazon to see your request I'd email them at:
kindle-feedback@amazon.com.

Since you're using Kindle for Android, I assume you have a tablet or phone. There are apps you can get that are translation dictionaries. I'd get one of them.
