one question about the fire

my wife wants to watch the young and the restless on this thing. i know it supports flash. has anyone tried watching flash videos from network websites? any problems?

and yes i swear it's my wife and not me that wants to watch the young and the restless

The last software released turned off Flash.

Go into Web
Tap the Menu icon at the bottom of the page
Tap Settings
Swipe up to go down to the Behavior section
Enable Flash On Demand or Always On

To view Flash videos on a Kindle Fire HD (as opposed to the first generation Kindle Fire, which supported Flash without a problem) you need to install a 3rd party browser that supports Flash and then Flash. Recent versions of Adobe Flash no longer support Android devices. Here's a link to one of the many threads here discussing the issue:
