When I loads aurora it seems that I started having problems with my kindle firearm does anyone have a solution before I set back to factory settings?

Bufo Calvin says:
David, you presumably changed the setting to allow the installation of apps from "unknown sources" and sideloaded it? Unfortunately, if that's the case, Kindle Support can't help you.

I wouldn't reset to factory settings, though, before just uninstalling the program.

Settings Gear - More - Applications

You'll probably need to change the setting at the top to All Applications (or, perhaps, Third Party Applications).

Resetting has quite a few consequences...

I was able to use Firefox beta for Android on my 1st gen Kindle Fire, but on the Fire HD, it just closes out the moment I open it.

You can use other browsers. I have Dolphin HD and Opera both installed on my HD.
