You might like to provide some information, rather than just a bare question!

Never heard of an Ultra Violet account. What on Earth are you talking about?

I was trying to watch a movie from ultra violet acct. Was notified that needed to download Adobe flash. But it will not load. Does kindle fire HD not support this kind of viewing?

Mike says:
Actually, it is the other way around: Adobe Flash no longer supports Android devices.

So are you saying the only way to watch any movies that I have in my cloud would be on a IPad or laptop?

Mike says:
No, not all... only those that require Flash.

P.S. Flash does not work on the iPad either.

Bixillarla says:
Adobe no longer supports Android devices so any new tablet not just the Fire will not have Flash on it.

Until the websites switch over to HTML5 there will be sites and videos that will not work on tablets.

It won't work on the Ipad either, Ipad has never supported Flash.

The Artist says:
There's a workaround for the Fire. Go the the Kindle Help Forum and search for the info, or post a question. There's a post at the top of this page "Have a Kindle Question?" that includes a link to that forum.

@Terri: To install Flash: (You have to have a Flash compatible browser in order to install Flash. You can't install it under Silk.)

Do the following on the Fire HD itself:

Swipe down from the top > More > Device > Allow Installation of Applications.

Download and install ES File Explorer from ES File Explorer and the Dolphin HD and Flash Player apk files from this link:

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9d8gxh75f0747f1/83fV5m6x2c

Once the files are downloaded to your Fire, install and open ES File Explorer and look in the "Downloads" folder. You should see both files there.

Install Dolphin HD *first* by tapping on the icon. Then Install Flash by tapping on the icon.

Thanks to Pineapple, Meya and Laura for these instructions.
