Kindle Keyboard Frozen Screen

My Kindle Keyboard got screen frozen, after it dropped on the floor. Soft reset didn't work, when I tried to do hard reset, I found that there is no Reset Button on my Kindle's back. The place where reset button is supposed to be is just empty.

I tried then putting out the battery, but it didn't work Kindle is still stuck on that page.

Please HELP!

You can try holding the power button to the right for 30 seconds. Disconnect it from everything, and remove it from a hinged case if it's in one.

Good luck - but don't get your hopes up too high. Chances are the drop damaged it beyond repair.

Thanks for the response, I tried every way for resetting that I found on the Internet. I guess repairing is the only way out of the situation though, there is no Amazon office in Tbilisi, Georgia :(

Thank you, I think it just can't be repaired, stuck on one page I was reading. Sad, Kindle was my best friend for months.
