Last Christmas I received a kindle fire. I have 3 chargers for it that I use when moving from my moms house to my dads. Yesterday, my kindle was at 10 percent so I plugged it in. It didn't seem to charge and it died. I switched outlets and plugged it in while I was at school (6 hours). I came back and the screen still said that it was too low to power on. I switched chargers and plugged it I'n again and it powered up, but when I typed I'n my passcode and and it let me I'n, it powered off and went back to the charge for 15 minutes. I noticed that the orange charging light doesn't go on either. Just the green. I have tried resetting it but nothing happens because it's already dead. What should I do? Is it time to get a new kindle?

Whether or not you decide it's time to get a new Kindle Fire, it's time to contact customer service while this one is still covered by warranty.

Click the blue Help link at the top of this page, then the yellow Contact Us button.
