i did but it said can not open mp3 player, download music to your music folder

Make sure that the files are .mp3, and not .wma or something else. The files will not "show up", but should be able to play, once the Kindle recognizes that they are appropriate files.

@Tammy: No need to shout at us - that won't help. Connect the Kindle to your computer with the USB cable and then open My Computer, and then open the Kindle's drive letter. You will see a folder there called Music. Put the mp3 music files in tat folder. They must be mp3, and they must not be protected files.

Tammy, when you attach the Touch to your PC with the USB cord you should have a music directory.

Tammy, the Touch does not display a folder on the Kindle screen. If it is not recognizing the files in your Music folder as mp3s then they have DRM (Digital Rights Management) or are in some way not being recognized.

I would suggest you go to Amazon's mp3 store and download a free song and load it to your Music folder and see if it will play.

@Tammy: Have you read my post in answer to your other post? It gives you the method to find the Music folder on your KT.

What's the point of reading when you can just repeat the same question over and over and yell at the people who are trying to help you, while you ignore their answers?

Tammy, maybe you should go to this link

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_cn?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200769070

and watch the 5th video entitled "Transferring Kindle Content Over USB"

It might help to show how to move the mp3 files to the music folder on your kindle.

Hi again John.

Not sure if my previous reply went but I sussed it out. I just selected music from iTunes list and dragged and dropped. How easy is that!!
Cheers
