Netflix and new kindle fire HD

I have bought a new 7 inch kindle fire HD and downloaded Netflix, but it won't play any of the films/programmes. It loads the episode list but not the individual episode.
I have re-installed the app with no success. I know it's not out modem etc at it works on our Wii and I pad

Any suggestions?

It might have something to do with your location and geographical restrictions.
