Click on the Help link at the top of this page, then click on the yellow Contact Us button on the right side of the page. I suggest you choose the phone option, not chat, because they won't understand your runonsentences.

I accidentally deleted a book and contacted customer service by email as soon as it happened. Although I never heard back from them, the book was back in my account within a day or two. Just explain the situation.

In reply to an earlier post on May 27, 2013 11:22:48 PM PDT
Oh, my. I'm sorry to hear that.

In reply to an earlier post on May 28, 2013 1:14:47 AM PDT
I don't think you understood properly, Pineapple. With a question mark at the end, W.W.D.H.G. was *clearly* asking something, not stating something :-)

In reply to an earlier post on May 28, 2013 1:16:47 AM PDT
Oh, I misunderstood. I thought that, in Klingon, a question mark was used as an exclamation point.

In reply to an earlier post on May 28, 2013 1:34:16 AM PDT
I wouldn't know - I don't speak Klingon <ducks objects hurled by Trekkies>

But it may have just been that you were a bit confused by all that headbanging on your desk.

In reply to an earlier post on May 28, 2013 1:38:10 AM PDT
To be a Pro, you need to learn Klingon. Or at least to have a basic understanding. Also, a good grasp of Gibberish helps.

I'd be dead without that great tool. And the translation features on Chrome for looking at the foreign language websites.
