I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that I think your customer service is the best in the business. I have only had to call twice and both times I was taken care of immediately and I couldn't be happier. I just wish the people who work for me were that good...I need to send them to Kindle Customer Service school.

Great to hear that. They often just get the negatives. Thanks on their behalf. :>)

Jason,

We're all just customers here, in this forum. I would suggest that you contact Kindle CS and thank the actual people who did right by you (and I agree - Kindle CS is outstanding). You can reach them by selecting the Help menu item at the top of this page and then the orange "Contact Us" button on the right side of the page that comes up.

Jason who posted is a CUSTOMER. He's not the Jason you spoke with in customer service. And Nospin is right...remove your personal info ASAP and never ever EVER post it on a public forum again. That's not safe...do you really want every yahoo that accesses the Internet to know where you live? No, you don't.

I don't have a boyfriend, as I am straight. While homosexuality is a sin in many religions, the United States was NOT founded on religious principles, and you are entitled to do whatever you want as long as you don't infringe on someone else's right.

Sexual activity between two consenting adults does not infringe on your rights. If you don't like it, you are free to leave the country (and good riddance, though I feel sorry for whatever country gets stuck with you.)

ETA: I see that you are a coward and deleted the post I was responding to. On the other hand, Amazon would have deleted it anyway.

So now you're threatening people who don't agree with you? How un-Christ-like of you.

Dog Lover says:
You'll notice that he didn't mention "Christ." He mentioned the ubiquitous "god" which all faux-Christians rely on. I also was offended by his calling on the Marines. All the Marines I know may have strong opinions about gays but they are mostly concerned with defending the country and the Constitution which is the basis of this country. That constitution prevents any class of citizens from discrimination and, I believe, the SC will be making it clear very soon that gays are, in fact, citizens suffering discrimination due to the marriage restrictions.

Interesting times.

I was kinda fascinated by your combining Vulcan and (apparently) Christian theologies in that post you deleted.

You do know, don't you, that people who are tracking this thread have an email of your posts even when you delete them?
