Anyone else having a problem getting a Kindle Paperwhite without any flaws on the screen? I received the first one on the release date. It had a scratch on the screen. As usual, Amazon customer service was great. They emailed me a shipping label while I was on the phone with them. And they ordered another Kindle, which arrived today. Unfortunately this one has a black spot right in the middle of the screen. I just hate having to replace another one. I have 2 Kindle keyboards, my regular and a backup. I never had a screen issue with either one when I received them. Now I have to wonder now about the quality control as I try for number 3.

I haven't had any problems with any of the ones we have bought (knock on wood). I would take a couple pictures of the damage, if possible, and just keep sending them back until I received one that looked and worked brand new.

Is the packaging damaged in any way? We have a new Amazon distribution center that just recently opened up about an hour away from us. It is in a very bad area and I noticed some of our orders are already being shipped from there and arriving here in damaged boxes, inside and out. Could be someone is not being very careful while packaging up your new kindles.
