and as far as I can tell, this one gives me the best bang for my buck.... is there something that I'm missing? Can I do better with something else? I mostly do basic browsing and some bit of online gaming like WoW...(with my current laptop I can only play that on low settings)
I'm not a super gamer, and I never will be.

But I like my RPGs and I like watching .mkvs and it'd be nice if that one section in Morrowind where there's rain and cobblestones and chimney smoke and the stars and planets and galaxies moving in the skies and several NPCs all on the same screen wouldn't slow the game to a point where I can go make spaghetti while I wait for my character to make it to the other side of the village square.... or the game crashes.

I don't want to fight the bad guys real fast, (I'm no good with the twitch factor) I just want to see the damn game the way the creators created it.
Also, this is a huge investment for me and I'd like it to last for three or four years.

So... want to use it for browsing and online games. Also movies and offline RPGs. And Civ 6, if it's even in the works. 5 is fine, tho I hear it sucks.

Is this the best I can do and if not, what is the bottleneck, and can I fix it with minimal additional cost?

EDIT: thing is, all the reviews are raves, but many of them are from people who have only one review, or two, but the first was a year or more ago. so I kind of wonder if it's legit.

Ya that will play WoW with out issue.
It might be a little over kill for what you want to do.
