For cozy mystery fans, the second in my Passatonnack Winery series is just released, at 2.99. Bidding On Death

"1998 - On-line auctions are the new craze, and tech writer and vineyard co-owner Cissy Rayburn is joining the frenzy. New friend Amy is teaching Cissy and old friend Julia how to navigate the wonderful world of eBuy. But while the ladies were at Cissy's house on the computer, someone broke into Amy's and Julia's houses.

Could it have something to do with the weekend estate sale they all went to? The other big buyer at the auction was Rose Jackson, retired county government employee and on-line auction shark. Cissy wonders if Rose's house was broken into as well. But when she stops by Rose's house, she finds that not only was the house broken into - so was Rose's head.

Now Cissy is once again hip-deep in a murder investigation, but with the added aggravation of providing a temporary home for Rose's untrained and obnoxious chihuahua Paco. Both identifying the killer and finding a permanent home for this awful little dog seem like impossible tasks."

And the first Passatonnack Winery mystery, Died On The Vine is still only .99.

5.0 out of 5 stars fantastic read, 11 Jun 2012
Usually read James Patterson, needed something to read waiting for his new book. Downloaded this after reading other reviews & possible one of my best reads of late. Fast moving, interesting, bit of romance & just enough make-believe. Struggled to put it down. Especially considering the cheap price, i would highly recommend it. Will be looking up some of his other titles.

Deep in the jungle, who can you trust?

Jungle Of Deceit - Adventure. Romance. On sale now for $.99

Mitch Hasslet, a war photojournalist relegated to a desk job, is the sole witness to a heist of Mayan artifacts. Recruited by the enigmatic director of the Museum of Art and Antiquities, Mitch is sent to Guatemala, the last location the shipment was tracked to. Acting as the museum staff photographer, Mitch joins a group of archaeologists. His goal is to locate the artifacts as swiftly as possible so that he can collect his compensation and get the hell out of the jungle.

Alexandra Langley is about to run out of funds. She has yet to discover the lost Mayan civilization she knows lurks in the rainforest. To achieve her grant, she will accept the museum's latest nuisance, Mitch Hasslet, and any other obstacle that is sent her way.

Unsuccessful and desperate, Alex has decided to move the group to a portion of the jungle referred to as, "No Man's Land"−a sector where archaeological teams have ventured but never returned.

As Mitch and Alex discover romance, will their bond protect them in a jungle filled with deceit?

Story Time over 30 4 and 5 star reviews!

This is a powerful book, written by an exceptional author, which utilises the historical records of the future to tell of humanity's decline into chaos as our planet is suddenly pummelled into extinction by both natural disaster and the alien forces that converge to harvest, and battle over, what can be salvaged from a dying civilisation. A gentle, but excellent narrative tells of the death and destruction with superb elegance, skill and remarkable descriptive, which leaves the reader in little doubt as to what the darker side of humans can truly be.

The Depths of Deception (16 five-star reviews)

"Intelligent, compelling." "Hauntingly beautiful." "An adventure tale on the order of LeCarre's The Spy Who Came in from the Cold..."

America has disappeared some years ago. A neo-fascist Party has come to power in the UK. China is on the rise. A submarine hurtles through the cold dark waters of the Atlantic en route to an unknown destination. Only the ship's doctor knows its true mission, but he is not who he appears to be.

A sweeping tale moving from the violent heart of Apartheid South Africa, to the ruins of the United Kingdom, and down to the edge of the world in the frozen Antarctic landscape, The Depths of Deception is a tale of revenge, served as a shatteringly cold dish.

Voyage of the Dead - Book One Sovereign Spirit Saga and Flotilla of the Dead (Sovereign Spirit Saga) are the first two books in Sovereign Spirit Saga. It's a whole new approach to the zombie apocalypse, as experienced by a group of privileged survivors aboard a ship and contrasted with the travails of a lone survivor ashore. Each 100,000 word book sells for $2.99 and has more 5 Star Reviews than all others combined. Welcome aboard and enjoy the ride!

Gideon Krieg didn't join the Earth Federal Space Marines to become a hero. He didn't know why he signed up. Maybe it was to impress the girl he was madly in love with, or maybe it was to prove to himself he was worth something. Deeper still, perhaps it was due to the woman that plagued his dreams...sometimes his nightmares. Whatever had drawn him into the war, it did not prepare him for the destiny that lay ahead.

I normally write in the horror genre, but last year I wrote a fantasy story called PETEYBOO AND THE WORM to read at night to my son, and he loved it so much he asked me to write it down (because I kept forgetting parts when I'd tell it to him from memory!) and then he asked me to make it into a book.

I created a little homemade chapbook for him (he helped and did the artwork) and since the chapbook has been read aloud to classes at his grade school a couple times now, his friends have asked if they can get it on their iPads... so, I've gone ahead and ebooked it and posted it on Amazon for just $0.99.

If you have kids 5-8 years old, or if your friends and family have any, I hope you'll take a peek and leave a review of PETEYBOO AND THE WORM.

The room was sparse and dimly lit with flickering strawberry-scented candles. Power was out. It had been nearly a decade since Nathan had stood inside someone's home; since that tragic day when he lost everything that ever mattered to him. Outside, a hurricane sounded like it was beating palm trees against the earth. Nathan didn't know the woman who'd rescued him from the throes of the deadly storm, but he would soon enough. Her name is Miriam and she is about to drastically change everything he ever thought about the meaning of life and what lies beyond. Nathan will discover that the strength of love can piece his shattered world back together and heal wounds that cut deep into his soul. But he never figured the perils he and Miriam were about to face by knowing the most horrible knowledge that one can know.

DROP OUT is a beautiful tapestry of life, love, and acceptance that is moving, romantic, and real.

If your looking for a great YA that straddles the adult line Ocean Hill (Ocean's Series) is a great place to start. It is a story that explores a community of teenagers that look great from birds eye view however when you take a closer look they are as flawed and dysfunctional as most if not all teenagers, the only difference being that they live in glass mansions never knowing who will be trying to take you down. It's .99c and free for Prime members, so check it out today.

Here's my book:

The Rivers Run Home

The Rivers Run Home is a story of courage, strength, love, hate and perseverance in the midst of hardship and pain.

In the blink of an eye, Mupaki, a young Iroquois medicine woman, loses everything. Freebooters, led by her nemesis Jon "The Falcon" Marquis, massacre her entire village and destroy all that she has ever known or loved.

Alone now, Mupaki finds herself engaged in an epic battle between good and evil that tests her strength, character, every emotion, and in fact, every fiber of her being. She battles fierce winters, hungry wolves, angry black bears and wild rivers.

Along the way, Mupaki finds love with a French trapper, Andre, but when Elichi, a Huron warrior and traditional enemy of the Iroquois, shows up, everything changes again.

Who will she choose and will she ever make it back to her people alive?

Would you enjoy a novel that imagines what would happen to a MLB rookie pitcher who throws a fatal bean ball at the behest of his manager? If so, A PITCH FOR JUSTICE an e-book examines the national debate that rages about the inherent risks of baseball and the laws of society when a criminal investigation and prosecution for homicide ensues. Story Time

This is a truly original story about the apocalyptic end of the earth. As natural disasters and alien invaders claim millions, a group struggles to survive the devastation on a remote ranch in Washington State. The tale is unveiled to us as it is being passed down to younger generations by the woman whose family owned the ranch, and also through interviews by a reporter who gives us another side of the story.

This is a beautifully crafted book. Ms Jeppsen has done a brilliant job of portraying the entire gamut of human emotions and personalities, - from weakness to strength, despair to hope, immorality to compassion, grief to peace. Her characters are utterly believable and her descriptions of events put you in the midst of the action. It is well-paced and maintains the tension throughout.

I loved the book and recommend highly. Well done, Ms. Jeppsen.

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read this post. Addiction - A Sci-Fi Novelette, is available for free during its five day promotional period. It centers around a doomed expedition to another planet, and the nature of addiction and meaning in an ambivalent universe.

I wrote this a year ago, when I was 18 and 19 years old, and it shows in my writing. It can often read juvenile. However, even with its stylistic shortcomings, I've had people on Smashwords offer favorable reviews. If nothing else, it's an interesting adventure to another planet coupled with a character study of a haunted man.

My writing has improved a lot since this debut, and I hope you take the time to sample my work. Thanks again!

No more Werewolves, Witches, Wizards, Vampires & Goblins. Aren't you tired of need of paranormal in order to sell? Or even the illusion that books/shows like Gossip Girl & A-list present? Ocean Hill (Ocean's Series) brings back reality as a teenager. Discussing such topics as Low Self-esteem, drug abuse, Sexual Identity, Anger, Depression and more, the book is based around 9 characters each with their own individual story. I released the first 5 chapters on amazon as promotion for the book!, it's free if your a Prime member (WHICH YOU SHOULD BE) and if not its only 99cents please check it out and leave a review we LOVE reviews.

Thank You
GOD Bless

Becoming, and the Tale of Lamashtu
The Mutant Star Tragedy

Both of my novels are .99, and I would love to get some feedback on either of them.
The first novel listed is a paranormal romance, and the second is apocalyptic science fiction. Also, both titles are free in all formats on :D
